Ingredients:
4x Bananas (Fair-trade)
Single cream 500g
2x Meringues
Icing sugar 100g
Digestive biscuits 200g

Recipe:
1) Peel and cut 2 of the bananas into even sized circles
2) Wisk the single cream until fluffy
3) Put the digestive biscuits in a mixing bowl and smash them with a rolling pin
4) Blend two of the bananas in a blender
5) Pour half of the blended banana into a large glass
6) Pour half of the biscuit crumbs on top of the blended banana
7) Use a spoon to put half of the cream in the cup
8) Put half of the banana slices on top of the cream
9) Repeat steps 5-8 on top of the cup that has already been done
10) Top of with a sprinkling of icing sugar
11) Serve with your favourite drink
