The crusts and the horseradish give the grouper a nice touch. It’s a little hard to taste the grouper with everything on it, especially if you get lots of dijonaise on it. I like to taste my fish. The horseradish adds a strong flavor, and can be overpowering.The fish is mild with no fishy taste. The portion size was rather small, but I really did enjoy the grouper.
