Housemade meatballs | San Marzano marinara | garlic | red pepper flakes | fresh basil | parmesan cheese | served with a garlic knot
I enjoyed this; I love spaghetti and it’s hard to find good spaghetti. However, the meatballs fell short. They weren’t very hardy; I’m not quite sure what it was. They just seemed lighter than they should have been. I think they should have used more beef in the meatballs. The hardiness was missing, and that’s kind of why I buy a dish like this.
